We come over from Australia to stop over with family here in Taupo and this place we stayed was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The staffs are friendly and very helpful to guide what to do with family in Taupo and the place was very tidy and comfortable at reasonable value.

Welcoming and friendly staff, showed us to our unit, milk provided on arrival, list of attractions in area with vouchers for some, WIFI password provided on check-in. Plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets with no problems of asking for more. Beds comfortable, kitchenette compact but usable. Lovely tulips growing in the garden.
